Shoda finally murders his father, however is too weary from the fight to combat the military and is placed under arrest.
Chapter XXII.5
This minor chapter witnesses as a mysterious figure crushes through the prison and fights their way through the hundreds of guards and inmates, killing several of the characters captured in the series thus far, as well as allowing some to escape, before he finally stops at Shoda's cell, where he reveals himself to be 'Purgatory', and tortures the cult leader before killing him.
