Vidar Yozo, mostly known as Purgatory, is the eldest son to Fakuse Yozo who uses an Eaftousia which he has dubbed 'Death and Darkness'.

Pneumaology

One of the rare cases where a person develops two eaftousia naturally, Vidar contains likely one of the most immediately dangerous Eaftousia in the series, which he dubbed 'Death & Darkness'. This is actually two eaftousia which he has mastered the use of, and uses with absolute proficiency.

Death

Vidar's touch can cause a decaying effect, quickly killing any organic creature, and even causing the degradation of inanimate objects. Non-organic creatures are never shown to be effected by this ability.

This ability has been combined with Vidar's darkness possession and solidification abilities, allowing even his shadows to kill whatever they come into contact with.

Darkness Manipulation

Clones

Instead of creating clones of himself with his shadows, Vidar instead takes the shadows of other's and solidifies them, distorting them and turning them into monstrous entities.

Door

Capable of connecting two places together through connected shadows.

Possession

Vidar is shown to be able to control people by connecting his shadow with theirs, which he can use like a puppet.

Solidification

Holding the ability to solidify not just his shadows, but shadows connected to his own, Vidar shows to be more skilled at it than his younger brother Shoda, when he controls Shoda's own solidified shadows, rendering them not only useless, but turns them back on the antagonist.

Swallow/Absolute Dark

Swallow, also referred to as Absolute Dark, is a unique form of Vidar's Darkness manipulation in which he can darken the shadows he is connected to, to a point that they begin to seemingly eat the light around them, which causes two affects; Firstly the darkness grows, secondly, by distorting the light on the object, the object itself is also distorted and pulled towards the darkened shadows before disappearing inside of it. It is unknown what happens to the objects once they enter, however it's assumed to enter a pocket dimension.

Another part of this ability is that monsterous creatures darker than black can exit the darkened shadows, which seem to be near impossible to kill.

Either due to this abilities uncontrollable state, or it's straining nature, Vidar is rarely seen using it.

Trivia

It's never revealed in story, however the creatures which escape Vidar's Absolute Dark ability are D.M.C., meaning he is creating a minor black hole with his powers over darkness.
