Large species of gastropods that were the back up if humans failed the pre-cursor species, the Sluiag have had a rocky relationship with humans, however in recent years they've become good friends, often at the detest of other species. Similar to Humans, the Sluiag have an intense knowledge in genetics, with certain members of the species even being brought onto human science teams to aid them in the understanding of other species' biology and genetics. It is one of the rare species which have evolved with a natural passive Aura Miruscire, using it as their primary form of communication.

While humans have formed a close bond with the Sluiag, most other species tend to keep their distance as they have gained a negative reputation which originates through their culture, seeing everything as food, they will vomit inner acids onto something and then devour the mush.
