S.M.I.L.E.

Sub Mile Institute Lacky Establishment, abbreviated to S.M.I.L.E. are the official name of the bunkers built by Lacky Corporations that would save a large portion of the U.S. and Sakian population during and after WW3.

With 600 bunkers, and each bunker roughly 320 mi², there is an overall area of 192,000 mi², with the bunkers divided between the U.S.(500) and Sakishima(100). A mysterious 601st bunker rests somewhere below the ocean between the U.S. and Sakishima, only accessible by the transit system that connects the bunkers.

Government

Bunker Legislative Ramification is the government body of the bunkers, with the S.B.G. (Smile Bunker Guards) being it's enforcers.

The social number given to members of the bunkers is;

Construction

The construction of the bunkers wouldn't have been possible without the help of the C.P.L., who due to their extensive years of underground exploration and geological information gathering, offered perfect places to build these bunkers, as well as the organizations hard focus on sub-earth living, they helped in the blueprints for the proto-bunkers.
