Auctander Shin-Lee

Auctander, full name Auctander Montezuma Shin-Lee, was born in a small community on a backwater planet. Said community, known as "Bannerland Commons", was stretched out through pieces of land in the "District 6-B" canal system, both in underground and overground portions. Said community was home to a dissident group of people that believed in a radical ideology known as "Ethno-Unitarism", which Auctander himself is a follower of. Auctander, and the other in his community, spent their lives going back and forth, between their true home, and the local cities and towns. They did this for a multitude of reasons, including: Gathering supplies, keeping up to date on information, spreading their ideology, and performing small-scale acts of sedition against the local government. Eventually, it was determined by the community that some of them would need to travel offworld in order to further their goals. Auctander was one of the few from his community chosen for such a purpose.
