Also known as "Reaper" is a major character in city of Electris. A disgruntled looking man with a deep, black beard, always seen wearing dark sun-glasses, and covered in ever changing tattoos. Simply touching someone, Bloom can kill them.
His love interest is a character that simply goes by "Smoke", a dark woman who dresses in even darker attire. It's likely that Takejiro Takeda is related to Bloom and 'Smoke'.
