Also known as Harvey, Harvard is the Puca who seems to want nothing but to help the main characters of Krelmic Skein, it's only later in the story that it's revealed that Harvey had required them for something.
Capable of changing into a human, Harvard Kent is it's alias while in human form, where it drives a large truck, which acts as the mobile HQ for the team.
