The Study of Pneuma, Pneuma is the vital spirit or soul of an entity.

Originating with Dr. Baldur Fleischhacker's Universal Properties Theory, which was an expansion on the initial Gyro-Varse Theory by Dr. Sam Grant, wherein Fleischhacker theorized that the universe is broken into difference dimensions which hold various planes of existence.

According to the current knowledge of Pneuma, there is a verse called the Trencoverse , which all souls are attached to through a type of ethereal fiber that acts as a type of highway, moving the soul to and from the Trencoverse, called the Trencoupention (Tren-coupen-tion).

Soul

Shin

Shinmanaokimagi (Shin-man-a-o-kim-agi), often shorted to Shin, alternatively called Kioap (Ki-o-ap), is a form of energy that rests within an unexplored spiritual plane known as Trencoverse. It's been discovered that every living entity in the universe, from plants to animals, all have their own unique Shin seems to coat their Trencoupention.

Often mistaken for the center of life, or the soul itself, Shin is actually a protective layer, similar to a shell, of the soul, keeping it nourished and protected. One of the things it protects the soul from are Pryacelsius, with which it holds a mutualistic symbiotic relationship. While Pryacelsius are constantly eating away at one's Shin, it is through this constant gnawing that a Shin doesn't become thick and heavy, as well as absorbing dead Pryacelsius to strengthen and feed to the Soul.

Occasionally, for a variety of possible reasons, a soul will gain two or more Shin, if these manage to properly merge, they will manifest in the physical world that the soul is tied to. Unfortunately if the merging of Shins is not compatible, the soul will be devoured by them and killed. It is through this devouring that a Soul leaves behind an Echoe. The manifestations of a properly merged Shin with another are often referred to as Magi, which is just another shortened synonym for Shinmanaokimagi, however it's typically used to specifically refer to the Shin's physical world manifestation.

Magi was originally gained through the use of the Theósastrikíseikónas, and then through the use of Pneumaetic Manipulation (Manipulation of the soul), which caused genetic mutations, there are various other ways of gaining access to Magi, however all ways are extremely dangerous to attempt, as they can have extreme consequences.

MAGI
Ceunsiot: The pure manifestation of one’s Shin; the creation of a mysterious mostly ethereal matter that can only form when someone manifests it into one of the three states of matter; Liquid, Solid, Gas.
  • One of the initial ways Hoian manifests is through a gold and white orb. A purple and black goo is often the second level.
Carsius: The pure manipulation of one's Shin; the manipulation of already established materials, altering their state of matter into another, or more specifically, change it's matter's phase of transition by effecting the pressure and temperature of a surrounding area.
Eaftousia: When multiple shins merge, they can form a mutation granting some form of unnatural power. Pryacelation: Pryacelsius manipulation
Aarymation: Within the Trencoverse are phantom winds, created by the constant motion of the Gyro-Varse, which can be tapped into by a select few. Aaryn is a very potent, very dangerous magi that can manifest in many ways, most commonly having unpredictable effects. Umbranguis: A physical transformation that offers several demonic prowess.

Eaftousia

Eaftousia is one of the two Shinmanaokimagi forms which have little to do with one's personal spiritual control, and are instead a form of mutation, granting normally unnatural powers. The type of mutation one gains depends entirely on where the second Shin originates from and while it is unknown why or how this works, it has become known which affect which. Upon gaining this mutation, after only a short time with it, it become a natural feeling to use it, like having an extra limb.

If a person's Shin merges with someone from the same Dimension, Plane, and Realm as their own, they will develop a Cryotic mutation, which is described as the body having some form of physical change.
If a person's Shin merges with someone from another Dimension, but the same Plane and Realm as their own, they will develop a Diaotic mutation, which is described as giving the user some form of mental based supernatural ability.
If a person's Shin merges with someone from another Plane, but the same Dimension and Realm as their own, they will develop a Aemable mutation, which is described as giving the user some form of supernatural control over elemental properties.
If a person's Shin merges with someone from another Realm, but the same Dimension and Plane as their own, they will develop a Bolabel mutation, which is described as giving the user some form of supernatural control over space and/or time.

Pryacelation

Due to the close connection Pryacelsius hold with the Shin, if one can harmonize with their Shinmanaokimagi, then they will be able to sense the organisms. While this type of Magi can offer several major benefits and elements, it is highly ill-advised as the Pryacelsius will often torture them, via sending billions of voices, clouding one's sight, feeling as if they are being eaten alive, or even introducing smells and tastes so bad it leads to unavoidable vomiting; this leads most to quick insanity, often ending in suicide.

However, if one manages to overcome and not be overwhelmed by the Pryacelsius, with proper training or a strong enough will, Pryacelation allows users to manipulate the Pryacelsius, giving them numerous super-natural abilities, including advanced physical and spiritual senses, telekinesis, telepathy, and many more. With this ability acting as a type of muscle, needing to be worked out frequently to keep strong.
