Roy P. Lenders is a major character within the _ Chronicles as well as the deuteragonist of B-19: The Blood Annals.

A troubled child, originally from Permi, U.S.K.; Lorenzo Perez lost everything when his family was abducted by the Tamitan cartel, where he worked as a child mule until he was bought by entrepreneur and eventual billionaire Lahna Lenders due to his physique and emotionless demeanor. Parading him as her latest adoptive accessory, she gave him the name Roy, considering Lorenzo to be too "spoken", and put him through various forms of manipulation as well as forcing him to go through rigorous training or be tortured.

Eventually coming to terms with his new home, Roy was revealed to be a natural genius at nearly everything he was tasked, taking to all forms of physical conditioning and gaining some of the highest IQ scores in the country.

As Lahna entered a political run which she foresaw as an opportunity to create her own government and would use to secede from the U.S.K. forming her own country as it's supreme ruler, Roy was tasked with causing a disturbance within the already degrading cities around the U.S.K., which took a mere four years to complete. Organizing and manipulating various sects within a large network he named "Calamity", Roy managed to create various cults and zealots, along with orchestrated numerous riots and caused a massive crime-wave which rapidly degraded the morality of the U.S.K.

Everything seemed to be going as plan, Lahna not only nearly gained position as Mayor of her home city, but managed to become the Governor of Frebel, and Roy had established an autonomous secret government which he held a backdoor key to. He even held three sons, each just a few months apart. It all came imploding however when Roy became aware of various world secrets, including the existence of once thought fantasy beings, along with the evidence of gods and other dimensions. Becoming obsessed with these new discoveries, Roy entered a rabbit hole that lead to his discovery by several of the cryptocracys who manipulated his criminal empire against him, causing a war on his family, both adoptive and blood.

It was due to this underground war of secret societies that lead the world to the fringe of all out M.A.D. entering several wars before disarming. During this chaos however, the Lenders were scrubbed from most things history, It was during the ensuing chaos of wars, both behind closed doors and on the front-line, that Lahna's home and family were slaughtered. Roy was the only survivor of the name, even his children were taken to the streets by the heathens he helped create.

Nearly eight years pass as Roy has spent the time rebuilding, using those who stayed loyal to create a minor colony on the island that the Lenders blood owned for generations. Mostly content with with his newly built facility, he kept away from the outside world until he noticed something when scanning a video of one of the latest terrorist attacks in one of the major cities in Cananadia. The terrorist was his one of his sons; Leandro, however this wasn't the peculiarity about this video; the tool of violence wasn't a conventional weapon, but was a fire ignited from Leandro's body.

This lead Roy into another obsessive multi-month operation in which he discovered one of the major figures in the world, another billionaire like Lahna, a man named Zeke Zerdin; had been creating superhumans through various human experimentation. Beginning counter-actions against Zeke Zerdin, Roy reentered the outside world, where he quickly made a name for himself as an anti-hero vigilante known as Theseus. This leads into his introduction within B-19: The Blood Annals where he would meet and befriend Miles, ultimately sacrificing himself shortly after killing Leandro when the latter was revealed to be completely insane as amends for his actions which he believed to be irreversible and would be the death of humanity.
