Trained from the time he could walk to fight, with weapon training picking up when he was nine, Kuremu is proficient with a variety of weapons, including: daggers, knuckles, swords, bludgeons, pistols, and claws.
 
Primary Tools Include:
 
* Tonfas: Kuremu's primary weapon through out The Tiger is his gifted pair of tonfas, which break nearing the end of the book.
* Ninjato: In the middle of The Lion, Kuremu purchases a ninjato which becomes his primary weapon for the remainder of it's pages.
* Claws: While he's rarely seen using them, Kuremu has stated that a pair of Shukou and Ashikou are among his favorite tools.
* Yawara: Mainly used during training, he was forced to use them in several fights that occurred in first half of The Lion.
* Trench Blades: A pair of trench blades, modeled after his father's, became Kuremu's primary weapon for a period after they were gifted to him by _ for the Anken. He, however, threw them away after discovering _'s actions.
