As well as this, A.I. placed in Androids are legally blocked from connecting to any form of internet, with their access being as available as a non-cy-implanted person (Natural Human, without cybernetic implants).

Obol
D.V.; The D.V., or Doolb Virus, was a bio-agent in the early 2010s that seemed to spontaneously appear in several cities across the world, particularly in Eastern Cananadia and Western U.S.K. It had several affects on people, one of which was causing them to go into rage induced bouts, which typically ended in the death of the infected, where they would then become covered in a mold like substance that acted as a type of spreader. Initially thought to be an Astralic, it was eventually discovered to be a Cananadian bio-weapon, that had got out of control after a small series of experiments on a small town.
O.B.T.: After files of it's origin were leaked, it was then dubbed O.B.T. by the media, with the scientific name Obol-tranociualis, often shortened to Obol. The files also explained that there was four different forms of the bio-weapon.
